Science is about describing observed phenomenon. The framework science uses is evolution. Science uses this logical framework to describe how we arrived from the Big Bang to now. To say it is so because God designed it so is lazy science. A scientist using the evolution lens has to say why or how it is so. Thus getting in to the mind of God. It is often claimed that nature is a testament to God.

Nature can be described by DNA, non-living phenomena can be described by using mathematics. Knowledge and change is built on that which pre-existed. As a computer programmer I would amend an existing program (now called App) to create a new one. Thus it could be said my changing of the code represents a metamorphosis of the old to the new. This is called evolution. Evolution is caused by the random error in transcription of DNA. It could also be a deliberate change by God to develop a new creature based on an existing creature. Evolutionist claim that all life has a common ancestor.
