What lie do I tell myself?

That it is all about the calories in order to lose my weight. True that the point is to have only enough calories to be near the target figure, high or low. Yet also it is about the amount of yellow category and orange category calories. I find it so easy to eat 3 times the amount of orange calories I should and hard to find enough yellow category. My green category is loads of fruit.

Green foods have the lowest density of calories.

Orange foods have the highest density of calories.

Yellow foods have a density in the middle. These are the hardest foods I can identified.

My weight has stuck at 85kg. since December 2022. I say it is due to the lack of exercise. I am tomorrow having a personal training session. The real reason is I keep eating chocolate or other calorific dense foods. So my calorie intake keeps reaching the weight mantainance level for that day’s activity level.
