I love family celebrations. The table is laid with plates and dishes of gorgeous food.
There is Jamaican curry goat, Sea Bream or Salmon, There will be Plantain, Sweet Potatoe, Carrots.
I used to eat lots of rice and peas, nowdays it is Macaroni and Cheese. I love mushroom, Five beans in tomato sauce
I love the way my wife cooks mushrooms with tomatoes and onions in a gravy.
Every morning I have toast with yeast extract with Apple Juice (or Apple & Pear, or Apple & Eiderflower), except on Saturday. Saturday I have a fry-up of Beef Sausage, Turkey Rashers, Grilled Tomato, Mushrooms, Fried Egg and Toast. Perhaps that is my favourite meal.
Yet Caribbean cuisine is my love.
