The tithe of that is 100 million us dollars. Therefore I would set up a charity to dispense that 100 million to the church. A donation of that amount to one entity of the church would distort things. funded by 1 million.

1 Million for myself to clear my debts. 1 million to provide me a trust income fund. A few million to buy some properties that I can stay in round the world.

If the gift of a billion us dollars is treated as a capital transfer then I will have no tax liability in the UK. Otherwise I would need to pay my tax.

The balance of the money will be split between a matching fund charity and economical development.

The matching fund will mean I will give 1$ to a charity for every 1$ someone else gives them.

The economic development fund will be used to boost the economy in African countries that have uemployed graduates. Some support can be done by enhancing salaries for teaching and medical staff in rural areas. Thus enable them to employ their neighbours to help them.

While I spend this I will invest it via an ethical fund, to helpfully generate more than a billion to give away.

The word a billion gets banded around these days, yet when you look at it you realise how big it is. I do not want to be labeled a billionaire.
