I have read so many books, many were self-help. Each of these are supposed to be life changing.
The first book that changed my life was “Scouting for Boys” by Robert Baden-Powell. In it he describes how to always be active. Spend time waiting for a train by reading or writing. I am always trying to do this. I listen to podcasts while I work and travel.
The thing is, we are constantly changing. What we read affects us. Yet we do tend to read that which affirms our beliefs. It’s called Silo living.
You know I will need to come back and extend this blog.
