Your mental health needs physical, emotional, spiritual and financial health. Not excellant health but suffecient.
Physical health that does not restrict your activity is well enough even if you need medication or aids to fufill your tasks and protect your life.
Emotional and spitirutal health needs to be postive in their effect.
Financial health needs to be strong enough to provide for basic needs.
When this is in place then you can work on recovery of your mental health.
